Hot off the ThinkGeek newsletter, we find this construction set that lets you perform hydrodynamic experiments. Translation: you get to play with water!
Consisting of a bunch of plastic girders, tubing, pumps, tanks and other water-compatible goodies, the ThinkGeek Hydrodynamic Building Set lets you build and test your theories and idea much like Legos. However, unlike Legos, this building set is water-tight and can be used to build science fair projects and other goodies. If nothing else, you can impress your co-workers with your in-depth knowledge of terms like hydrostatic pressure, Newtonian fluids, and Navier-Stokes equations.
The Hydrodynamic Building Set is only $90 and includes pumps and everything else you’ll need to get started. Check-out the video below to see it in action!
