		<description>Now this was something else I could&#039;ve used for the 4th of July weekend. My family usually gathers every year at my house for a big 4th of July barbecue.

We really needed a gadget like this in order to cook all the ribs we needed. Our grills were just too small.</description>

		<description>What an idea, Dahhhhhhhhh.  The last time I did ribs was in the oven.  I used two big baking pans (had lots of ribs for sunday dinner) it took twice as long to cook (because they were stacked on top of each other)  as I had planned.  I could have used this rack, inside the pan with foil over top, then laid them down to finish with the sauce. It sure is nice to know people are still thinking</description>
